Halfway through the electric show, Gary introduced the enthusiastic crowd to his 16-year-old daughter Brittany, who joined him to sing the ultra-emotional Rascal Flatts hit “I Won’t Let Go.” She seemed a tad hesitant at first, pulling her in-ear monitor out to make sure she was ready to sing along with her famous father. But all it took was a reassuring look from her daddy, and she was off!

And yes, the crowd went wild.

It certainly sounds like musical talents run in the family, as Brittany showed off  her budding skills as she stood next to her dad. When the song was through, the two shared a loving hug, each seeming to be bursting with pride over their musical collaboration.

And yes, this might be just the beginning for Brittany, whose vocals are featured on a new album by Christian artist Jamie Grace. In fact, her daddy couldn’t help but tweet out that good news from Rascal Flatts’ Twitter page back on July 31.
