It’s hard to believe there’s only one more weekend left of Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s “Soul2Soul: The World Tour.” Not only has this amazing country couple proven that they still have it, they’ve also shown that there’s a lot of young country talent that also has it. And to top it all off, Tim has continuously shown us that there’s plenty of good stuff happening behind-the-scenes, too.

In his series of backstage acoustic performances, Tim has shined a light on several of their opening acts. Each one has been uniquely different, including this performance of Merle Haggard’s “Mama Tried” with “Fix a Drink” singer Chris Janson.

What makes this even more unique is that the pair got a little help from a third party—iconic country singer-songwriter and “Nashville” actor Mark Collie.

Tim and Chris each took a verse, then harmonized on the chorus. But after the instrumental break, Mark stepped in with his rugged country swagger and took another verse. And seriously? Does it get any better? Does it get any more country?

As we mentioned, Tim and Faith are wrapping their tour Oct. 26 and 27 in New York with amazing newcomer Margo Price. Talk about going out with a bang! If you aren’t familiar with Margo’s music, Google her. She’s amazing.

And don’t forget, Nov. 17 is a big, big … HUGE day for Tim and Faith. Not only is their “Soul2Soul” concert special airing on Showtime, it’s also release day for that album we’ve all been waiting for—“The Rest of Our Life”—the couple’s first project they’ve recorded together.

Santa’s coming early, y’all!
