Lady Antebellum is having a blast on their “You Look Good Tour” with special guests Kelsea Ballerini and Brett Young. The group picked those two opening acts because they’re big fans of Brett and Kelsea, as musicians and as people. You can see that play out in this clip from one of their recent tour stops.

Lady A’s Dave Haywood and Charles Kelley brought Brett out to join them for a cover of Tim McGraw’s classic hit, “Somethin’ Like That,” during a concert over Labor Day weekend. Brett and Charles sound great as they trade off singing lead, but they wanted to get Tim’s opinion on how they did.

They tweeted the performance out to Tim, asking him, “What do you think?”

It’s no surprise Tim was flattered they chose one of his hits for the set.

He wrote back, “I think y’all killed it!” It’s likely the first time Tim has ever heard the song done with a horn section, too.

Lady A closes out the North American leg of the “You Look Good Tour” September 9 in Nashville. They’ve got a show in California on September 24 before they take it to Europe and South Africa for a run of dates in October.

Lady A hasn’t revealed their touring plans for 2018, but we do know they’ll need more buses soon. Lady A’s Hillary Scott is expecting twins to arrive in February 2018, and Dave Haywood’s wife, Kelli, is pregnant with their second baby, due this December.
