There are times when all of the things you love come together, and no matter what is going on in your life, you are content.

That’s the sort of moment Miranda Lambert presumably just had.

“My best friend is here tonight,” Miranda told the crowd at her Knoxville, Tennessee, show on March 1 before introducing her Pistol Annies bandmate, Ashley Monroe.

“She’s from Knoxville, Tennessee, and we wrote a drinking song, so welcome to the stage Miss Ashley Monroe,” Miranda said.

From there, the two besties tore into Miranda’s hit “Heart Like Mine,” looking awfully comfortable performing onstage together once again.

Please tell us this means a Pistol Annies reunion is right around the corner!

In the meantime, Miranda has plenty to keep her busy. Besides spending much of 2018 touring, Miranda also got the good news on March 1 that she received four ACM nominations, including the coveted Female Vocalist of the Year.

If she wins, it will be Miranda’s ninth consecutive win in this category, but she is already the current record holder for most consecutive Female Vocalist of the Year ACM wins. If that wasn’t enough, Miranda is also currently tied for top winning artist in ACM history with 29 awards, sharing the distinction with Brooks & Dunn.

Damn, she’s good.
