When Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani rocked the house at the NBC Super Bowl party over the weekend, it looks like they had a very special fan in the audience: Dale Earnhardt Jr.!

And the NASCAR superstar was thoroughly impressed with the show, too, so much that he couldn’t help but gush about it on his Instagram.

“Gwen Stefani rocked the NBC party tonight in Minnesota. Even ol’ Blake Shelton showed up for a tune. #superbowl #nbcsports,” he wrote.

It was a pretty sweet moment. We found video on another Instagram page, the “Gwen Fan Club,” of these two lovebirds singing their duet, “Go Ahead And Break My Heart.”

We can’t get over the way they look at each other either. Dale, it’s not just you. (Well, he didn’t say that, but we just know he was thinking it, too. After all, it’s the same way he looks at wife Amy.)

Dale had a big weekend at the Super Bowl, and not all of it involved football. Since the big game was held in Minneapolis in February, there was obviously snow … and that obviously meant ice fishing for Junior.

“Never been more confused in my life. Thought there was a tent or a shack like in the movies,” he captioned these photos.

It’s okay, Junior, we too were led astray by “Grumpy Old Men.”

And he made time for another odd sport, of course.

“Skijoring!!! #coldaf #minnesota #livingmybestlife,” he captioned this photo, which is the very definition of living your best life.

But we don’t know—is this one better?

Yes, that Jim Brown, former fullback for the Cleveland Browns who is considered to be one of the greatest football players of all time.

“Y’all ain’t never gonna understand how nervous I was to ask this legend for a picture (my friend had to do it). Such an honor just to speak to him,” Dale wrote.

And sitting with Peyton Manning probably wasn’t so bad either.

“Great evening and dinner last night with … Peyton Manning. Shared some fun stories,” he wrote. “Also got to meet NFL Man Of The Year finalist Benjamin Watson. Such an incredible person.”

Both Junior and Manning are spokesmen for Nationwide Insurance, and Junior recently announced he would be continuing his partnership with them, as well as continuing his efforts to support the Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

We think that makes Junior a pretty incredible person, too.

We’re glad he had fun at the Super Bowl and got to see Blake and Gwen!
