Country music superstar Blake Shelton knows how to charm the ladies.

He’s proven that many times with his girlfriend, Gwen Stefani. However, this particular time, he showered another special woman with love – a hospice patient named Elda Dotson.

The elderly woman, who resides in Kansas City, Missouri, marked her 70th birthday back in March of 2017. She was given the opportunity to celebrate her birthday from the front row of Blake’s concert in Omaha, Nebraska, as part of the hospice care’s “Gift of a Day” program.

When the time came, Elda arrived at the show all decked out in Blake-themed concert apparel. She also had with her a sign reading, “It’s my 70th birthday. I wish for a kiss from Blake Shelton.” Luckily for her, the sign caught Blake’s attention. He jumped off the stage during his rendition of George Strait’s “All My Ex’s Live In Texas.”

Elda waited eagerly, while Blake made his way toward her. Once he got close enough, she pulled him in and planted a peck on his cheek! How sweet!

We couldn’t be happier to see that the special birthday girl got her wish. And, we bet this was a moment Blake will never forget.
