As far as we’re concerned, every pregnancy, childbirth and baby is miraculous and beautiful, but we are, of course, a little partial to our country music offspring. And in 2017, we had plenty of baby boys and girls to “oooh” and “aaah” over, including Tyler and Hayley Hubbard precious newborn, Olivia Rose.
Up to this point, we had only seen somewhat shrouded images of the infant that more or less hid her sweet face. But Florida Georgia Line member Tyler and wife Hayley have had that important newborn photo shoot, and the images that we are seeing now are turning our hearts to big, melty puddles of goop.

I had no idea I could love somebody as much as I love @hayley_hubbard but last night God gave us Olivia Rose 🌹 and melted our hearts. We love this little girl more than words can describe and it hasn’t even been 24 hours yet. Our life has been forever been changed for the better. Y’all go check out our story on @people (link in bio). I can’t wait to share more photos with y’all. I’ll try to contain myself from being the annoying parent that post 50 pics a day but I’ve already taken over 100 so forgive me.
“People” shared several of the shots, and fans are able to see characteristics of the sweet little bundle. And where Memphis Aldean is the spitting image of daddy Jason, Olivia Rose seems to be more of a mix of both of her parents.
In one shot of the little nugget where she’s curled up alone on a fluffy white blanket, it’s hard for us to distinguish which features are mom’s and which are dad’s, but in individual shots of Olivia resting first on mom Hayley’s chest and then on dad Tyler’s, some traits seem more apparent.
What do y’all think? Does Olivia have Hayley’s eyes and nose and Tyler’s hair and lips? Or is that Tyler’s nose and Hayley’s lips?
A couple of things we’re certain of is that she bears no resemblance to the family pup, Harley, although that’s one incredibly precious photo in the “People” story. And she’s also so adorable we can hardly stand it.
In addition to the sweet photos, Tyler also shared some thoughts on Olivia’s arrival, and one that is as precious as those dear pictures are the new father’s thoughts on watching his wife give birth.
“I think childbirth is something that God doesn’t let men do for a reason—I don’t know if we could get through it,” Tyler tells “People.” He goes on to say, “It’s a beautiful thing, and Hayley was really strong and calm and relaxed. I couldn’t have been more proud of her the whole time.”
Tyler also said, “Watching Hayley go through the laboring process from start to finish and seeing the prize at the end of the race was pretty rewarding and really, really cool. It was definitely a special moment for both of us and something we’ll never forget.”
Olivia Rose arrived on Dec. 23 and is the first child for both Tyler and Hayley Hubbard. The new dad has a few more weeks of bonding with his daughter before he and FGL partner Brian Kelley perform their first show of 2018 in chilly Prior Lake, Minnesota. He’ll then be headed back home for a few more weeks before fair and festival season gets into full swing.
Currently, FGL has festival dates on the books extended into July, but we expect they’ll be spending a little time in the studio, too, recording music for a new project.
