With more than 600 artists performing live on 11 different stages throughout Nashville, CMA Music Festival can leave your feet hurting and your voice straining.
But it can also leave your brain bursting with country music, which is exactly the way we like it.
During Rare Country’s visit to the CMA Music Festival in June, our team was able to give fans an exclusive look at all of your favorite artists. From boating with Jake Owen to chatting with Kane Brown’s grandma, we brought one-of-a-kind experiences to you during our four days on the ground in Nashville. Heck, we even got to chat with everyone from Carrie Underwood to Miranda Lambert and Thomas Rhett.
Yet, this 40-second clip is just a taste of all that CMA Music Festival had to offer this year. In fact, country music fans will have the chance to relive it all come Aug. 3 when they tune in to ABC’s “CMA Music Festival: Country’s Night to Rock.” Hosted by Brett Eldredge and Thomas Rhett, the three-hour special will feature performances from superstars Jason Aldean, Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Florida Georgia Line, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town, Rascal Flatts, Thomas Rhett, Blake Shelton, Chris Stapleton, Cole Swindell, Steven Tyler, Carrie Underwood and Keith Urban.
The special will also feature once-in-a-lifetime collaborations, including Lady Antebellum with Cam, Little Big Town with Pharrell Williams, Rascal Flatts with Maren Morris and Steven Tyler with Martina McBride.
CMA Music Festival: Country’s Night to Rock airs at 8 / 7c on Wednesday, Aug. 3 on ABC.
