3. JEWEL’S STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS HOME

Country-folk singer-songwriter Jewel and her ex-hubby, Ty Murray, had a surprisingly affordable asking price for their home. That is — if you happened to have $335,000 to shell out. 4. KENNY ROGERS’ BEAVER DAM FARMS

The “Gambler” auctioned off his Beaver Dam Farms estate for a price over $3.5 million, according to an Online Athens report. The 973-acre spread in Athens, Georgia includes five guesthouses and two clubhouses, and it features a fancy 18-hole golf course that’s fit for a king!

5. GRETCHEN WILSON’S NASHVILLE COUNTRY-STYLE MANSION
