Tim McGraw and Faith Hill did a really cool thing with their new “Soul2Soul: The World Tour.” Every weekend’s shows feature a different opening act that Tim and Faith handpicked. The acts were chosen because the hot country couple has either worked with them or been inspired by them, like hit songwriter Lori McKenna, who wrote Tim’s smash “Humble and Kind” and just opened for the duo in Boston.

They may want to add another weekend to their tour after they hear 12-year-old Jake McKechnie, who just competed on the U.K.’s “The Voice Kids.”

Jake performed that exact hit single of Tim’s and accompanied himself on the guitar, and when it comes to confidence, he had it by the truckload.

We took a quick peek at Jake’s socials and, it turns out, he’s no stranger to the stage. He’s been performing and competing for a few years now, so that confidence is well earned. Check out this clip of him performing Bruno Mars’ “Just the Way You Are.” Maybe touring with Thomas Rhett is also an option!

Obviously, Jake hasn’t decided what direction he’s going with his musical career yet, but he has plenty of time to decide. Then again, LeAnn Rimes was 12 when she released her knockout debut, “Blue.”

Unfortunately, Jake didn’t win the debut season of “The Voice Kids,” but let’s remember, Miranda Lambert didn’t win “Nashville Star” either. Just saying.
