In fact, Nikki Leonti was a Christian music singer before having her daughter, Jaslyn. Years later, she found herself on the stage again – this time serving as a backup singer for none other than country music superstar Carrie Underwood.

Throughout her topsy-turvy career, she has also sung backup for artists like CeeLo Green, Amy Grant, Kelly Clarkson and Demi Lovato. She also has lent her vocals on a number of other shows such as “Glee,” “American Idol” and “The Voice.”
