Tim McGraw has been a superstar since he broke through with “Indian Outlaw” way back in 1994.
But in late 2007 through early 2012, there were some tough times for Tim. His album sales dipped and just five of his next 11 songs landed within the Top 10 on the charts.
As we all know though, those tough times didn’t last long for the “Humble and Kind” singer.
Thankfully his 2012 album, “Two Lanes of Freedom,” gave him the resurgence he needed. Finally, he was back on top.
The very next year, the Academy of Country Music invited Tim to put together a TV special for their ACM Lifting Lives charity. He agreed and in early April, Tim and a number of his superstar buddies, including Keith Urban, Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan and Lady Antebellum, came together to tape “ACM Presents: Tim McGraw’s Superstar Summer Night.”
While there were a ton of magical performances, one of the biggest of the night came when Keith Urban and Taylor Swift joined the man of the hour to put on a killer performance of their hit song “Highway Don’t Care.”
And what ensued is unforgettable.
