Thomas Rhett has been forced to reschedule his shows planned for this weekend due to an undisclosed illness. We’re sure Thomas will be using the downtime to rest up for his big performance on “The 51st Annual CMA Awards” coming up Nov. 8 on ABC.

Of course, Thomas will be able to spend this weekend surrounded by the women in his life — his wife, Lauren, and their two daughters, Willa Gray and Ada James. They’ve been having fun lately carving pumpkins and getting ready to celebrate Halloween.

As for those rescheduled dates, Thomas will play St. Paul, Minnesota’s Xcel Energy Center on Nov. 29; Brooking, South Dakota’s Swiftel Center on Dec. 1; and the CenturyLink Center in Omaha, Nebraska, on Dec. 2. All tickets will be honored on the new dates.

After the CMA Awards and before those make-up dates, Thomas will take his “Home Team Tour” to Europe. That trek kicks off with a Nov. 10 show in London.

In 2018, look for Thomas to join the bill for Kenny Chesney’s stadium shows starting in April.
