This country star’s gorgeous mansion just sold to a high bidder

If only we had a million-plus bucks million to spend we could be living in Jake Owen’s mansion right now.

We previously reported in October that Jake’s incredible house out in Cheatham County, Tennessee, was up for sale. Now, it has been sold for a cool $1.31 million.

Dang it, y’all! We could’ve had it!

Well, not really—but that didn’t stop us from dreaming, and one look at these photos in the Los Angeles Times of the palatial, two-story home will show you why.

Jake first purchased the Kingston Springs property about six years ago from one of Loretta Lynn’s daughters for $625,000, according to public records, meaning Jake made a healthy profit on the sale, even after coming down a bit from the original $1.5 million asking price.

Situated on seven-plus acres with a custom-built recording studio, plus a home gym and an outdoor Tiki bar (pictured), this place might just be paradise. The actual home itself measures about 5,000 square feet, and in that space sits four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, a two-story family room, an indoor balcony and even an elevator.

Oh yes, an elevator.

There are actually master suites on both floors, and get a load of that bathtub! We could definitely find all the rest and relaxation we could ever want in that thing.

The white walls and Jake’s cozy white and gray furniture, coupled with the cowhide rugs and wooden beams, made this place a rustic slice of heaven.

And can we talk about this Tiki bar out back?

This colorful wooden bar setup looks like it was the site of many fun parties in Jake’s time at this place, complete with string lights, an American flag and, of course, a Beach Whiskey sign for Jake’s very own libation line.

We don’t know where Jake is headed now, but we’re sure there were fond memories made in this house over the last six years. Regardless, sometimes a change will do you good!

The L.A. Times report has all the pictures of the home’s incredible interior and exterior, and we highly recommend checking it out to see it all for yourself.

It’s hard to pick a favorite room, but we might have to go with the kitchen with that sliding barn door. Or that master bathroom with the glorious tub. Or maybe even that back patio.

Ahh, who are we kidding, we love that damn Tiki bar!

Congratulations on the sale, Jake. From the looks of this place we can’t wait to see what your new pad will look like!
