This country star is over the moon about the arrival of his first son Instagram/@WaterlooRevival

It’s official – there is something in the water in Nashville these days, because there are new babies everywhere!

The latest little one came courtesy of Waterloo Revival’s George Birge, who welcomed a baby boy on Jan. 16.

“We started our little family today,” George wrote on the Waterloo Revival Instagram page. “Welcome to the world George James Birge you made us the happiest people in the world today!”

The threesome looked incredibly happy in the photo, with the baby looking quite comfy laying on his mommy’s chest. The birth also capped off what has been quite an exciting few weeks for the country duo. The other Waterloo Revival bandmate, Cody Cooper, announced his engagement to girlfriend Emily Johnson in mid-December.

The duo should have a nice chunk of time to enjoy their personal life a bit, as they don’t have another show on the books until March 9. What they do have though is a brand-new song and video called “Backwood Bump,” which is the latest track off their “Front Row” EP. The two are a favorite of Toby Keith, who signed the duo to his Show Dog Nashville label a couple of years back.

Sending congratulations to everyone!
