These 60 seconds of Blake Shelton “Voice” antics will be the best minute of your day

This just-released, 60 second promo for the upcoming season of “The Voice” proves a few things to country music fans everywhere.

First off, Blake Shelton is still a tad cranky.

“Please do not approach the artist,” he tells fellow mentor Gwen Stefani.

“Idiot!” he yells at fellow mentor Adam Levine.

“It’s kind of gotten weird,” he comments to fellow mentor Pharrell Williams.

And who can forget the part when Shelton essentially flips off Levine or Stefani throws a book at Shelton’s head?

“The Voice” premiere on September 21 can’t come soon enough.

Of course, NBC has been putting out a bunch of indications that the folks in the red swiveling chairs won’t be getting along in perfect harmony anytime soon. In a previous promo, Shelton is shown to not only be going after Levin, but Stefani too.

“Gwen has been TO a country concert,” he says, pointing his finger down in disgust. “I put ON country concerts.”

He’s got a point there Gwen.

Of course, Shelton should be smiling a bit as of late. He recently received two nominations for the upcoming CMA Awards for “Male Vocalist of the Year” and “Musical Event of the Year” for his rendition of “Lonely Tonight” with Ashley Monroe.
