There is nothing we love more than some vintage Keith Urban YouTube

When Keith Urban debuted his “I Told You So” music video on April 19, 2007 on “CMT Live,” he was riding one heck of a successful wave.

Laid out on a bed of Celtic melody with a little Irish folk mixed in as well, “I Told You So” was the third single from his “Love, Pain & The Whole Crazy Thing” album. More impressively, it was his 15th consecutive single to land inside the Top 10 on the charts. To that point, all but one of the songs he released during the 2000s cracked the Top Five.

A masterful musician, Keith did more than just sing the song. In fact, he played just about every instrument you hear on it, including electric guitar, acoustic guitar, ganjo (six string banjo), bouzouki, mandolin and percussion. Oh yeah, he wrote it, too.

Here we are nine years later and Keith Urban’s successful streak is still intact. As long as his current song, “Wasted Time,” hits the Top Five, he’ll extend that streak even further.

We’re betting Keith’s streak stays alive though.
