Country hunk Sam Hunt has had so much success with his 2014 debut album, “Montevallo.” So much so that he’s been able to release five singles off of the 10-track record over the course of the last two years.

Now, fans are eager and ready to get a taste of new music from a hopefully new album. And, it looks like they just might get their wish soon enough!

Well, sort of.

On Oct. 11, Sam did something that made his fans lose their minds when he changed his Facebook cover photo. The picture is now a mysterious image of a black square located smack dab in the middle of a bunch of white space.

Yes, it’s vague, but fans are already suspecting that it may be a clue to Sam’s follow-up album.

One fan commented on the photo sating, “My god I hope this means new music!!!! Love everything he’s done so far and would love to hear more!!!” Another fan wrote, “Sam Hunt I’m dying, you can’t just post this.”

So far though, there is no indication on whether or not the black box is hinting at a forthcoming album, but it’s definitely got us hyped!

Of course, Sam is no stranger to being cryptic on his social channels. Back in August, rumors swirled that he was dating someone when he posted an image of an unknown gal to his Instagram. Turns out the two were, indeed, romantically involved.

Hmmm, we wonder if she’ll provide some inspiration to any of his new songs. “Make You Miss Me” is Sam’s current single from “Montevallo,” which was released on Oct. 27, 2014.
