Luckily for us, Gretchen Wilson has made the dreaming easy when she posted a video of her luxurious Paradise, Tennessee pad online. The country star took to Facebook on June 6, to announce that she would be putting her 9,000-square-foot mansion on the market for a whopping $1.7 million.

Now, signal the jaw drops!

As you can see in the miraculous clip above, Gretchen’s countrified property is a music lover’s fantasy. The spacious home features a state-of-the-art recording studio that has been used by many country acts. The studio theme also filters throughout the comfy abode. The recording equipment in the video is not included in the $1.7 million price. However, all items are available to buy individually or as a discounted package.

Inside the rustic estate you’ll also find four bedrooms, five bathrooms, high ceilings, stone archways, an elegant staircase, wood beams, large glass windows, and a gorgeous branch-framed chandelier.

If that’s not enough, the estate boasts 17 prime acres of land in a quaint area near wildlife and tall trees.
