What a difference a month makes! In the span of four weeks, you can learn a new habit or hobby, or start to break a bad one. You can read a book, take a trip, get healthier, develop a skill or change your look. You can also go from being a tiny, confused newborn to becoming a wide-awake, alert and handsome infant like Jason Aldean’s son, Memphis.
Yes, it’s time to say “happy one-month birthday” to baby boy Memphis Aldean Williams, who arrived on Dec. 1 to Jason and wife Brittany.
Brittany shared a photo of her handsome young man on Instagram and wrote, “[One] month old! That went so quickly🙈 I love you my angelic boy🙌🏼💙” We can’t help but agree–that month flew by!
We also can’t help but notice that Memphis seems to be dabbing. And after a quick search of social media, this seems to be a favorite pose of the precious bundle.
Like any other baby, we can see from early photos that Memphis has filled out since he arrived.
But we have remained in awe of a couple of things that haven’t changed much about the sweet boy—his incredible head full of hair and his awesome alertness! Even just a few days after he was born, Memphis was aware of his surroundings and observing everything.
Another thing we’ve noticed is less about Jason’s mini-me and more about his smokin’ hot mom. Brittany looks as amazing as ever, even with having a newborn in the house. Dang girl!
The next 12 months will be overflowing with more milestones for little Memphis, who will learn to roll over, sit up, walk and talk in 2018 under the watchful eye of his dad, mom and big sisters.
Memphis may not recognize his own name yet but we received the cutest personalized keepsake from @wonderbly to help celebrate it! I’m looking forward to reading to Memphis in the years to come but for now, we are cherishing the quiet time that storytime brings💙 Use our code welcomememphis for 20% off all personalized gifts at http://wonderbly.com #wonderbly #lostinthestory #personalizedgifts #partner 📚
Before any of that, though, the sweet baby is going to face one of the toughest challenges that will become a lifelong struggle for the little man: who to pull for during the NCAA national championship football game on Jan. 8. With his dad a die-hard Georgia Bulldogs fan and Mom a loyal and true Alabama Crimson Tide supporter, poor Memphis is living in a house divided.
We are kidding, of course. We think we are anyway. But, it will be interesting to see which team’s onesie Memphis will be sporting on game day or if some clever fan or family member has created a custom outfit that diplomatically represents both winning teams.
We’ll find out, but in the meantime, happy one-month, Memphis!
