Listening to Miranda Lambert sing with George Strait is a performance you are sure to treasure YouTube Screenshot

After all the recent hoopla surrounding Miranda Lambert and her divorce to hubby Blake Shelton and subsequent romance with Anderson East, this performance with country legend George Strait seems to put everything in perspective.

When it comes down to it, we love these artists for the music they give us.

And in June 2014, Lambert and Strait gave us a rendition of “Run” that will now live on in infamy thanks to the release of the concert film “George Strait – The Cowboy Rides Away: Live From AT&T Stadium.”

It was the last show on “The Cowboy Rides Away Tour,” and Lambert and Strait effectively hushed the crowd of more than 107,000 people with the song.

That particular night also included performances and appearances by Jason Aldean, Ray Benson, Kenny Chesney, Eric Church, Sheryl Crow, Vince Gill, Faith Hill, Alan Jackson, Martina McBride, and introducing George “Bubba” Strait Jr. as well as songs such as Unwound,” “The Chair,” “Amarillo By Morning,” “Check Yes Or No,” “Give It Away,” “Troubadour,” “All My Ex’s Live In Texas” and many more.

The concert film, which was released on DVD and various digital formats on August 28, also includes “bonus commentary from Strait on his show and interviews with his guest stars,” according to a press release.
