Miranda Lambert has always had a big heart, but nothing showcased her heart greater than in the recent 18th Annual “Home for the Holidays” special, which helps raise awareness for foster care adoptions.

“I hope this special can change lives soon,” Miranda said in an interview with CBS Los Angeles. “You know, I hope they can sing ‘House that Built Me’ in a couple years when they have a house to love them.”

“Let’s remember there’s a child out there who needs you,” Miranda said during the special. “Give them a place to build memories, a family to love them and a house to call home.”
