When country superstar Joey Feek gave birth to Indiana back in February of 2014, she could not have envisioned the future that each of them would have. She could not have envisioned that she would succumb to cancer just a couple years later, or how her little girl would flourish despite her Down syndrome diagnosis.
But oh how we think she would be proud of her baby today.
In a recently released Instagram video on her Instagram page, Indiana’s sister Heidi Feek shared a heartwarming video of Indiana talking and continuing to expand her vocabulary with the help of a toy telephone.
And if you have followed Joey+Rory’s story at all, chances are that this video will hit you right in your heart.
And Joey+Rory’s story shows no signs of ending anytime soon. In fact, on April 7, Joey’s new album, “If Not For You,” was released. The new album features new solo performances, including the original rendition of “That’s Important To Me” and a 48-page booklet that shares the couple’s heartwarming story.
