LeAnn Rimes just gave us a serious case of the feels with this video filled with military homecomings YouTube/Screenshot

Warning: This will bring on the waterworks!

The heartwarming new video for LeAnn Rimes’ song, “Celebrate Me Home” is a tribute to military families everywhere.

The duet between Rimes and Gavin DeGraw, which can be found on her brand new Christmas album, “Today Is Christmas,” is an emotional ballad about the burden of being separated from the one you love and the joy of finally being reunited. Rimes seems to have found the perfect way to channel the sweet message of the song in the official music video, where she features real military homecoming footage from across the United States.

These little moments in time of families being reunited after an extended absence from one another will have you reaching for a box of tissues from the moment you press play. From a little girl seeing her daddy for the first time in her classroom to a sweet pup that jumps from the back of his car to greet his owner shaking with excitement, Rimes and DeGraw have captured the sweetest moments between the families that make the greatest sacrifice for our country everyday of their lives.

Even better, it’s all in the name of a good cause. Rimes and DeGraw both want to raise awareness for DAV (Disabled American Veterans), an organization that helps to supply a smooth transition to everyday life by providing assistance and resources to veterans returning home. They urge viewers to help by donating at http://www.dav.org/, and after watching this video, there’s no better way to celebrate these veterans home then with a little early holiday giving!
