Do any of y’all have brothers and sisters? Is there sibling rivalry between you? Luckily, it sure doesn’t seem like it will be an issue for Eisele Kaye Tyrrell, the daughter of Lady Antebellum’s Hillary Scott and Chris Tyrrell.
Maybe it’s because four-year-old Eisele understands what her parents went through to give her siblings. In 2015, Hillary suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage. And while her devastation was palpable, she also channeled her pain into the Grammy Award-winning song, “Thy Will,” which became a message of healing for others.
While that painful time will never be forgotten, Hillary, Chris and Eisele have a lot of great things to focus on in the future, or at least two great things—the twin girls that Hillary is now carrying. And while we know they’re all excited about the arrival of the perfectly pink pair, it would be hard to beat Eisele’s joy. In fact, she can’t even wait to kiss her baby sissies. Literally.
Hillary shared a heartwarming photo on her Instagram Jan. 10 of her beautiful girl, who stopped in the middle of her morning routine to plant a sweet kiss on her mommy’s belly.
And whether their a.m. schedule is chaos or calm, the moment wasn’t wasted on Hillary, who writes, “Loving on her little sisters before school this morning … These last few weeks with Eisele are more precious than I can truly express … I’ve cried a lot of happy and sad tears. We have had such an incredible 4 1/2 yrs of love, memories, and adventures … with more to come x2!💕”
Call it a miracle, a gift or a blessing, but we’re sure grateful that Hillary and Chris are getting the chance to be parents again — times two — and that Eisele gets to be a big sister. It sure looks like she’s going to be a good one!
Of course, Hillary has had someone else to share in her joy and even compare “twinning” notes with. Shortly after we learned of Hillary’s pregnancy, Chris Stapleton and his beautiful wife, Morgane, announced that they were also adding a set of twins to their family. The Stapletons are pretty private about their home life, and although we do know that they already have one son and one daughter, they’ve kept details about their new additions, including due date and gender, pretty hush-hush. And, in a way, that just adds to the excitement and anticipation!
Oh, who are we kidding? Babies are coming and it doesn’t matter when, where or what. We are over the moon for both the Tyrrells and the Stapletons.
We’ll be starting to count down soon, though. The Tyrrell twins are expected to arrive in February.
