Earlier this year, country superstar Keith Urban shared what looked to be an impromptu front seat collaboration with his darling wife Nicole Kidman on the song “The Fighter.” With Nicole perfectly taking over Carrie’s part in the duet, the two made the whole world fall in love with them yet again with their sweet love and harmonies.

Since then, the song has been a favorite for many fans, who can’t seem to get enough of Carrie and Keith’s voices blended together on the track. In fact, it’s turned out to be a crowd favorite on the “Ripcord World Tour 2016,” with Keith performing the song and Carrie appearing to sing her part on the stage behind him.

God knows that this high-tech collaboration is just a sweet taste of what is to come as the two will go on tour together in both New Zealand and Australia come Dec. 3. Ironically, the pop sounding “The Fighter” has already made it on iTunes’s country songs chart in both Australia and New Zealand.

“I make records that hopefully get on country radio in America, but I also have an audience in Australia who have nothing to do with country, people in Sydney and Melbourne who saw me on ‘The Voice’ and who listen to pop,” Keith said in a recent interview with “The Sydney Morning Herald.” “It’s an interesting thing to try and make a record I am happy with that has the possibility of working in those places. The good thing now is that country has expanded out sonically so far that we can start to bridge genres just a little bit more than we used to be able to.”
