One of the most distinctive homes in country music is on the market, and we’ve got your first look at the property.
Big Kenny of Big & Rich is selling his one-of-a-kind estate, Cheteau Di Amore, in the exclusive Green Hills area of Nashville. The home boasts more than 20,000 square feet of living and entertaining space, as well as Kenny’s state-of-the-art Last Dollar recording studio, named for the hit song he wrote for Tim McGraw, “Last Dollar (Fly Away).”
You can see jaw-dropping photos of the estate, as well as a 10-minute video on the property here.
The heated saltwater pool alone is enough to make you drool. It comes complete with underwater speakers, four fountains and a custom Jacuzzi.
Inside, you’ll find an original 1800s Irish pub actually imported from Ireland to the left as you walk in the front door. The wine cellar and tasting room downstairs are other big features of the estate.
The master suite on the first floor boasts a huge closet and a bathroom with a steam shower and a 5-foot whirlpool. In all, the property boasts nine bedrooms and a two-story separate apartment for guests.
Big Kenny actually appears in a 10-minute video taking you on a personal tour of the estate. In the clip he says he and wife Christiev designed the home to inspire creativity.
As proof of that statement, Kenny debuted a brand-new song, “Two Way Street,” exclusively in the video.
One thing not listed on the home’s website is the purchase price. We’re thinking this is one of those situations where if you have to ask how much it costs, you probably can’t afford it.
Thank God there’s no charge for daydreaming.
