We now have video of country singer Granger Smith’s stage fall in New Jersey, and we have to warn you it’s tough to watch.

You can see Granger go down in the clip, and the sound of his body hitting a metal barricade is just sickening. Miraculously, Granger gets back up and performs the rest of the show. You can see him wave and smile at the crowd to let them know he’s OK, but he was actually seriously injured.

Following the show, Granger was taken to a Level 1 Trauma Center and treated for two broken and separated bones and a punctured and partially collapsed lung. It’s a wonder Granger was standing at all.

He’s now resting and recuperating at home in Texas.

Granger’s adrenaline is always running high during his concerts thanks to his rowdy crowds. Perhaps that’s what kept him from realizing the extent of his injuries.

You can get an idea of how rabid Granger’s fans are in this live video for his latest single, “If the Boot Fits.”
