It’s hard to believe that it’s almost been a year since Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani started dating.

With time ticking by, the lovebirds are continuously taking steps to move forward in their relationship.

Now, Gwen has made a giant leap for her beloved beau by putting her Beverly Hills home on the market. The 11,84- square-foot estate sits on two acres of pristine land and was owned by Gwen and former husband Gavin Rossdale. The exes, who were married for 13 years, lived in the spacious mansion since 2006 and paid the pretty price of $13.25 million. Now, they’re asking for an even bigger price of $35 million.

So, it totally makes sense for Gwen to move on. But, we can’t believe our eyes at the stunning estate that she’s walking away from. Take a look!

As you can see in the drool-worthy video above, the home includes seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms and is loaded with backyard toys! Not only does the bed of land include a giant tennis court and an infinity swimming pool, but it also features a lounge area, patio and chicken coop.

Although you can’t see what’s inside the manor in this clip, we promise it’s just as luxurious as the outdoors. According to “Variety,” the interior is decked out with a vibrant color scheme similar to the “Misery” singer’s personal style. A modern black-and-white theme runs through the kitchen area, and a hot pink sofa sits in the formal living room. But, that’s not all. The swanky abode is also equipped with a state-of-the-art home theater, a spacious gym and office spaces.

Yes, Gwen is saying goodbye to this jaw-dropping, hilltop home, but that doesn’t mean that she won’t be saying hello to a new one. Earlier this year, Blake reportedly built a Hawaiian style pad near his Tishomingo, Oklahoma ranch for Gwen. Not too bad of a trade-off!
