Get ready to swoon as you watch Thomas Rhett perform the sweetest love song YouTube/Screenshot

Thomas Rhett’s wife, Lauren, may be the luckiest girl in the world.

That was definitely the consensus among the ladies in the audience as Rhett sang his romantic hit, “Die a Happy Man,” at Dierks Bentley’s Miles and Music for Kids benefit concert in Nashville Sunday night.

Just take a look at the video as Rhett delivers the heartfelt ballad while backed up by Bentley’s band. Rhett wrote that song for his wife after she requested a love song from him. Now, that’s a guy who knows how to take orders!

Look for Thomas Rhett to team up with rock band Fall Out Boy on Wednesday night’s CMA Awards. They’re going to do a mashup of Rhett’s recent country hit, “Crash and Burn,” and Fall Out Boy’s rock hit, “Uma Thurman.”

Before his performance at Miles and Music, Rhett joked that he was going to leave the high notes on “Uma Thurman” to Fall Out Boy front man Patrick Stump.

Rhett said with a big laugh, “You’ll hear me singing the baritone parts.”

He goes on to say he’s been a fan of Fall Out boy since he was in high school, and he can’t wait to team up with them for his first CMA Awards performance.
