Funny guy Brad Paisley doesn’t need to dust the microphone off for this one AP Images

On May 16, 2016, Brad Paisley will get in front of the microphone. Not to play fans a set of country tunes, but to show off another talent of his.

Brad will play host during a night of stand-up comedy as part of the third annual Wild West Comedy Festival, and although the megastar has released a ton of hits, he is no stranger to hilariously hosting events. In fact, he’s kind of mastered that funny bone of his!

This will be Brad’s second time emceeing the fest, but that’s not all. Along with a few guest appearances on Comedy Central’s “South Park” and some pranks on fellow stars during his tour, he’s also brought on the laughs at the CMA Awards in his monologues with co-host Carrie Underwood.

Take a look at this throwback clip of Brad and Carrie at the 2009 CMA Awards when they joined forces to sing a humorous farewell song to Brooks & Dunn. Amusing the audience even more, they did a knee-slapping skit about Tim McGraw cologne and Faith Hill perfume!

Although Brad won’t be able to feed off of Carrie’s personality this time, he will be interacting with comedians Jon Reep, Sarah Tiana and Mike E. Winfield.

In addition to that the roster will include Kathy Griffin, Chris Tucker, Jay & Silent Bob and Jeff Foxworthy. The week-long event runs from May 15-22 and will be held at Nashville’s popular comedy club, Zanies.
