Kelsea Ballerini and Morgan Evans just tied the knot in a fairy tale wedding in Mexico, and they’ve got another honeymoon coming up in Bora Bora after the Christmas holiday. It’s not an accident that all these vacation spots are near the ocean. Morgan grew up living by the sea in his native Australia. Since they’re now making their home in landlocked Nashville, they’re taking every opportunity to get back to the water.

Kelsea tells “People,” “The thing is, he’s such a fish. He loves being in the ocean. Unless the water is still and clear, it’s not gonna happen for me. I feel like [Bora Bora is] one of the only places in the world where I would get in the ocean. I feel like I actually need to show him that I do like the water.”

Morgan and Kelsea make such a beautiful couple that we know everyone is already asking when they’re going to make some pretty babies. The answer may disappoint their parents and fans, but these two country artists are focusing on their marriage and careers going into 2018.

Kelsea says of starting a family, “I’m 24, and I’m not in a rush. I think it’s something we’re both stoked to do one day.”

Morgan agrees saying, “Down the track for sure.”

When it comes to balancing high-profile careers with their personal lives, Morgan and Kelsea take some cues from one of Nashville’s longest-lasting celebrity marriages, Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman.

Kelsea says, “They’re the ultimate power couple and so in love. Morgan read they have a rule. Whether she’s shooting a movie or he’s touring, they always see each other every two weeks. You hold each other accountable to make time for each other.”

Going into 2018, Morgan is supporting his debut U.S. single, “Kiss Somebody,” with shows opening for Chris Young, Old Dominion, Cole Swindell and several other country stars. Kelsea will launch her “Unapologetically Tour” Feb. 8 in Birmingham, Alabama.
