Country music fans aren’t quite ready to wave goodbye to this heartfelt Jana Kramer song just yet youtube

It’s official.

“I Got the Boy” is the little song that could.

Even though the Jana Kramer song was released months ago, the song continues to rack up accolades and continues its journey up the charts. On Nov. 30, the hit single finally received “Gold” status, meaning that the song has sold 500,000 copies. The song is featured on her current album “thirty-one.”

“’thirty-one’ was the perfect title because it’s taken me 31 years to live and write this album, and I believe it shows strength, grace, vulnerability, fun and confidence,” said Kramer in a recent press release. “’thirty-one’ is who and what I am, and I think when my fans listen to the album they will discover so much more about me. For this album, I got to take my time and write the songs I wanted to write. It’s been a blessing to have the support to creatively say everything I’ve wanted to say. My fans have been on this journey with me since the beginning. They’ve seen me evolve and I’ve watched them evolve so that transition has been amazing.”

“I Got the Boy” also just reached the Top 10 on both the Billboard and Mediabase country singles charts.  “This song means the world to me and I’m over the moon that people are reacting to it in such a positive way,” added Kramer.
