Country stars are known for taking care of their fans, and Cole Swindell is no exception.

This video is so heartwarming you might just melt.

During a recent show, Cole invited a fan up onstage to join him. But this was not just any fan, this was a very special fan.

This was young Grayson Zreman. Grayson has had a remarkable journey in his life because he is a true fighter who is battling childhood cancer.

After discovering a golf ball-sized lump in his neck in 2015, tests would show that Grayson had Stage 2 classical Hodgkin’s lymphoma. He underwent rigorous treatment for his cancer and was, thankfully, declared cancer-free.

But Grayson was in remission for under a year before he and his family received bad news: the cancer was back, this time at Stage 3. He would undergo a stem cell transplant and then more than 20 rounds of radiation before he got to ring the bell at his treating hospital.

But Grayson is not one to give up. Nor is he one to hide his journey. The amazing youngster is chronicling his battle in a series of YouTube videos, and they are nothing short of inspirational.

He is living his life to the fullest, with incredible adventures including one that involves Cole.

For Grayson’s birthday, he was invited onstage to join Cole as the crowd sang a booming “Happy Birthday” to him. It was so sweet and emotional. Watch for yourselves below.

We also love how he’s dressed up to the nines in that jacket!

Cole is clearly loving every minute of it. You can see the joy his fans bring written all over his face.

We know this is a special moment Grayson will never forget. We wish him all the best and can’t wait to keep following his incredibly inspiring road to recovery.

Speaking of fans onstage, this particular appearance was one for the books, too!

Just a few days before meeting Grayson, Cole welcomed two familiar faces onstage at the Georgia Theater in Athens: University of Georgia quarterback Jake Fromm and tight end Isaac Nauta for a memorable “Calling of the Dawgs.”

It’s the UGA battle cry you’ll never forget, and these two ring it out brilliantly after returning to Athens from a Rose Bowl Championship and a fight to the finish at the National Championship.

“Who’s that coming down the track? / It’s a mean machine, it’s red and black! / Ain’t nothing finer in the land / Than a drunk, obnoxious Georgia fan! / Gooooo Dawgs! Sic ’em!”

This brings a tear of joy to our eyes, y’all, we can’t lie.

And as exciting as this moment was for Cole, it was equally as exciting for Jake.

They’re all smiles!

And can we take a second to acknowledge Jake’s incredible Twitter handle, “Jake From State Fromm?”

We are cracking up. That’s too good!

Even though Cole attended Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, and is a diehard Eagle, we think for this night, he was an honorary Georgia Bulldog.

And it’s always great to be a Georgia Bulldog!
