When we come into the world, everything’s new. It’s something Carrie Underwood’s baby boy, Isaiah, is experiencing first-hand. And with the precious tyke celebrating his first birthday on Feb. 27, Carrie has a very serious question.

“What do you get a 1-year old for a present?” she recently asked Entertainment Tonight. “I have no idea. So, I’ve been on, like, Amazon trying to find presents for him. I’m going to have to just go to the store and look.”

Although a pro at juggling music, marriage and motherhood, Carrie just might need to take a tip from hubby, Mike Fisher, who recently splurged on her luxurious Valentine’s Day gift.

As for the birthday bash, Carrie says it will be small, consisting of family, friends and those who have become staples in Isaiah’s life. Earlier this year, Carrie and her son shared a monumental moment during opening day of her Storyteller Tour.

He took his first footsteps.

“He’s doing really well,” she says about the road warrior, adding that her and Mike try to keep things “loosy goosy.”

“We kinda try to keep some consistency, but just trying to make him roll with it, and so far, so good.”

While Carrie’s soaking in the joys of being a mom, it’s crazy to think that it’s already been 12 months.

Boy, how time flies!
