July 10 was a very special day for married star couple Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher.
That day marked their six-year wedding anniversary.
To celebrate their exciting milestone, the lovebirds jetted off to Cabo San Lucas for a week-long summer getaway. While enjoying their romantic adventure, Carrie took some time to pour her heart out to Mike on social media with a very affectionate Instagram post.
Needless to say, her words had us all reaching for the tissues!
Carrie wrote, “Six years ago today, I said “I do,” to this handsome fella. I meant it then and I mean it now. God put us together and continues to bless our marriage.”

Six years ago today, I said "I do," to this handsome fella. I meant it then and I mean it now. God put us together and continues to bless our marriage. I couldn't imagine this life without you, @mfisher1212 I am thankful for these past six years together (and, of course, for our beautiful son, Isaiah) and I look forward to spending the rest of our lives in love.
She continued, “I couldn’t imagine this life without you, Mike Fisher I am thankful for these past six years together (and, of course, for our beautiful son, Isaiah) and I look forward to spending the rest of our lives in love.”
The “Church Bells” singer also posted a photo of the twosome enjoying a meal beachsisde with the touching caption. In the picture, Carrie wore green, while her hockey player husband ravished in red, and twosome were holding hands in the snapshot.
Carrie and Mike’s time alone was much needed as they both have busy schedules coming up. Mike will soon be back in training camp for the next NHL hockey season. As for Carrie, her next stop on her Storyteller Tour takes place on July 22 in Monticello, Iowa.
