Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher have been marriage goals since their nuptials back in 2010.
It seems every day these two take love and support to the next level.
Carrie was the former Nashville Predators captain’s biggest and most loyal fan during Mike’s tenure with the NHL team, and he’s been her biggest fan since her time on “American Idol” in 2005, long before they’d ever met in person.
That’s a true story, y’all.
And it seems like, in the years since, not much has changed for Mike: his wife is still is favorite singer.
Carrie tweeted on Jan. 16 that she caught Mike upstairs at their home working out to her brand-new song “The Champion.”
That’s how you do it, Mike! Talk about a motivating song—have you heard it yet? If not, click here.
Carrie collaborated with rapper Ludacris to release the tune for the upcoming Super Bowl. We know those players will feel pumped after listening to this one.
Her fans and followers have the same question we do—is there video of this moment where she caught Mike working out like a champion?
One fan replied to Carrie, “If he’s singing it at the same time, a video is definitely needed,” adding, “I want to hear him crush Luda’s part at least!”
Mike Fisher rapping is one video we’d love to see, too.
But you know it wouldn’t surprise us one bit if Mike could actually nail that rap part. I mean, y’all know Mike can sing, right?
We will never forget that time in 2016 that Carrie caught Mike singing along to Garth Brooks in the car …
“Duet coming soon …” she wrote at the time.
We told you—Mike sounds pretty dang good!
So good, in fact, that he did finally get to duet with Garth, even before his wife did …
I’m gonna send this one out to my sweetheart, my girlfriend Carrie Underwood, Carrie this one’s for you,” Garth says in the video of that moment.
Then, Mike comes into the shot, singing his heart out. Garth even gets in on some harmony action. We’d be jealous, too, Carrie. But it’s OK, girl.
Let’s hope she actually was able to capture video of Mike singing along to “The Champion” …or even better, rapping. We’re waiting, Carrie!
