When you have a good thing going, you want to keep it going as long as you possibly can.
And yes, Carrie Underwood has a good thing going.
The current ACM Female Vocalist of the Year nominee has made the fateful decision that she will now continue her wildly successful The Storyteller Tour – Stories in the Round through the fall, adding big-time venues to her schedule such as Los Angeles’ Staples Center, New York’s Madison Square Garden and Nashville’s famed Bridgestone Arena.
The reason for the decision was simple.
The girl is having a damn good time.
“I always love being on the road performing for my fans,” Carrie said in a March 31 press release, “but something about this tour feels more magnetic than ever. Having a 360-degree view of the audience gives me the opportunity to connect with more fans and feed off their energy. I can’t wait to continue this tour into the fall!”
The tour has already delighted thousands of people so far in 2016, with sold-out stops across the country and even overseas. Carrie recently returned from playing a crazy pace of five shows in five countries as part of the popular Country to Country Festival (C2C) in Europe.
