Just a few days after the end of her hugely successful Storyteller Tour: Stories In the Round, Carrie Underwood is off again to join Keith Urban for the final leg of the Ripcord World Tour. The two will make a run through New Zealand and Australia with the first show on Dec. 3.

Exciting, right? Except for one thing. Carrie’s constant companion and traveling partner, baby boy Isaiah, has been left stateside, and Mom is already feeling the angst of leaving her firstborn behind while she makes the trip abroad.

In one of the most precious posts in the history of Instagram, Carrie shared a photo of her precious little nugget attempting to stow away in his superstar mother’s suitcase she has so carefully packed for her journey. Her sweet caption says, “So, I may or may not have smuggled the kiddo into New Zealand with me… OK, I didn’t, but maybe I should have because I’m already missing him like crazy.”

It sounds like Isaiah is in good hands though as Carrie points out that Daddy, Nana and Papa are on baby duty and likely spoiling the sweetie pie. But still, Carrie laments, “What am I going to do without him for all this time?”

All this time is truly a considerable amount of time for Carrie to be away from her son. The tour doesn’t wrap until Dec. 17 after a two-night stint in Brisbane, and then there’s the matter of the long trip back home and the subsequent jet lag, but the super healthy country star will likely bounce back quickly. And with Christmas around the corner, there’s a lot to prepare for before Santa’s arrival.

Carrie’s Storyteller Tour is nominated for tour of the year in the Rare Country Awards, so don’t forget to cast your vote at right now. Winners will be announced on Dec. 15.
