Carrie Underwood becomes the latest celebrity to get the scare of her life on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” YouTube/Screenshot

Looks like Ellen DeGeneres got Carrie Underwood good.

I mean, it is that time of year.

On the Oct. 27 episode of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” Underwood chatted with the talk show host about being a new mom, showed off some family photos, and played a game of “Country Song or Country Wrong” that had everyone laughing. The singer, who released her new album “Storyteller” on Friday, Oct. 23, even dived into some details about hitting the road on “The Storyteller Tour.” After chatting about how precious and well behaved the new addition to the family is, Underwood shared that she’ll likely be taking Isaiah on the road with her for his first tour ever! How cute is that?

But the best part of the interview came when DeGeneres added Underwood to her list of famous faces she’s scared. While asking Underwood about her Nashville Predators hockey playing husband, Mike Fisher, a man clad in overalls and a cowboy hat came up behind her and, in typical Halloween fashion, yelled “Boo!” After a quick scream and a moment to catch her breath, the “Smoke Break” crooner warned the audience, “You better watch your back when you come here!”

Other than almost being scared to death, Underwood and DeGeneres seemed to have a great chat together, with the host even gifting Underwood with an extra special gag present. A baby carrier that holds everything from car keys to an iPhone and stuffed animals. There’s never a dull moment on The Ellen Show, but this is one interview you have to see to believe!
