Blake Shelton’s hit song “God Gave Me You” has been an anthem for many people, but we’ve never seen a more heartwarming rendition than the one Blake just shared on Twitter.

Casey McAbee was recently injured in a skiing accident and was unconscious for four weeks. She suffered a traumatic brain injury, broken neck, fractured skull, eye socket and pelvis. Due to the damage to her neck, Casey’s family was concerned she wouldn’t be able to sing.

As you can see from this clip on Casey’s sister’s Twitter account, she started singing along to Blake’s song “God Gave Me You.” Blake saw the video and tweeted “Wow…incredible.. Tell her hello from me. #prayers.”
