Blake Shelton answers some burning questions about his personal life YouTube/lamb83

A lot of country music fans are curious about when Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani will tie the knot now that they have been dating for about two years And sometimes those fans are celebrities.

During Blake’s recent appearance on “Kathie Lee and Hoda,” host Hoda Kotb hesitantly asked the country music superstar if the couple was planning to marry.

And like any celebrity would, Blake gently and graciously dodged the question with his signature sense of humor. “Haven’t you read the magazines? We have, over and over again,” he joked. “We’ve tied the knot, we’ve gotten divorced, we’re back together, it’s off, it’s on.”

Of course, Blake is alluding to the tabloid headlines that have also reported the couple is expecting their first, second, third or fourth child together. And he also has his own rather classy way of dealing with that — he ignores it.

“The only time is when it gets to be something that is really personal or, because it’s always lies, but sometimes it’s next-level lies where you’re just going, ‘What in the hell?’ And as long as people don’t believe it and they take it with a grain of salt and see what actually the publication is and go ‘OK,’” he said.

In a turn of topics, Blake also talked about having Gwen’s sons and niece in his video for “I’ll Name the Dogs.” It turns out that it wasn’t planned at all. It also wasn’t quite as exciting for the kids as they thought it would be.

“They were only there about an hour before they got super bored with it,” he said. “They were like, ‘Videos suck.’ I go, ‘I know. I know they do. That’s why you need to go to college!’”

And as far as the rest? We’ll know when we know!
