We should all be so lucky for someone to talk about us the way Anderson East talks about his girlfriend, Miranda Lambert.

The couple have been sharing sweet messages to each other via social media in the past few weeks, but this latest letter from Anderson just takes the cake.

In a collector’s edition book released in conjunction with Miranda’s new album, “The Weight of These Wings,” Anderson writes a truly eloquent piece about Miranda as a singer and songwriter.

He writes, “You could almost say God isn’t fair sometimes. For one person or in this case, one woman, to possess so many gifts at once seems otherworldly. The beautiful realization is that those gifts aren’t kept hidden, they’re on display and given so graciously to the world in a way that’s natural, effortless and sincere.”

Anderson’s sweet words don’t stop there. He goes on to say more people should be like Miranda, and we couldn’t agree more.

“This world would be a far more beautiful place if there were more people that possessed the heart, talent and more importantly, the love that she does,” Anderson continues. “To know and witness her is a gift I will cherish forever and a day. If any of us are lucky enough to brush up against it, we should consider ourselves lucky.”

Now, we don’t want to talk out of school, but those lines would work wonderfully as wedding vows, don’t you think?

Anderson had a hand in writing two songs with Miranda on “The Weight of These Wings.” He also sings harmony with her on the sweet love song, “Pushin’ Time.”
