In another tweet, Michael shared a copy of his mom’s obituary and captioned it, “90. That’s awesome. She was a great lady. I was blessed to be the son of Margaret and Leroy Waltrip. If you’re so inclined donate to Hospice.”

“Our family was blessed to be able to be with mom in the past couple of days,” Michael added on his Facebook page. “We were all able to tell her we love her and she would smile and mouth, ‘Love you, too.’ Knowing we were saying goodbye, and Mom knowing we were there by her side, made her passing as comfortable as possible.”

We send prayers to everyone hurting over the loss of Margaret.
