It looks like Shay Mooney of country duo Dan + Shay had a very merry Christmas this year. So much so that he and his expecting fiancée, Hannah Billingsley. learned the gender of their little one!

The soon-to-be, first-time parents took to Instagram on Dec. 24 with news that they will be welcoming a boy into the world in due time. The happily engaged couple posted separate notes on their respective pages and included matching photos.

Shay, who turned 25 years old on Dec. 27, mentioned his ladylove in his message that featured a striking image of the former Miss Arkansas USA caressing her baby bump. He wrote, “I love you like crazy and you’re gonna be the best mom in the whole world. I pray that our baby is just like you… if they’re anything like me, we got a long road ahead.”

Shay went on to say that he couldn’t wait to meet his future child and even revealed the name of the happy twosome’s son — Asher James! How cute!

As for Hannah, she used the same maternity portrait and explained the meaning of their child’s name to fans. She captioned, “Asher – A name meaning fortunate; blessed; happy one. Shay and I are all of those things and more. God has truly honored us with the privilege of being the parents of this sweet boy. We love you and can’t wait to meet you, Asher James Mooney.”

The past few months have been pretty wild for Shay and Hannah, as they got engaged in August. Two months later, they revealed that they were expecting their first child.

We couldn’t be happier for them! Congrats Shay and Hannah!
