It’s no secret that your body changes after you have a child. In fact, almost all moms would agree that it takes a lot of dedication, patience and time to get back your pre-baby weight and shape. Heck, even the fittest moms experience some sort of flabbiness in their midsection after giving birth.
But for Hannah Mooney, that’s just not the case.
As many fans know, Hannah, who is wife to Dan + Shay’s Shay Mooney, welcomed the couple’s first child, Asher James, into the world back in January of 2017. And, even though she’s had a whole year to shed all of her baby weight, it’s pretty enviable that she looks as good as she does. She’s in such tip-top shape that you’d almost think that she never even gave birth to begin with.
On Feb. 17, the gorgeous mommy shared two photos on Instagram showing her sitting outside on some porch steps. She also hinted that she was on a tropical vacation, with the caption reading, “Mind in Mexico.”
As you can see in these pictures above, the former Miss Arkansas rocks an unbuttoned denim dress, and a black two-piece swimsuit. She also accessorizes her look with a wide brimmed hat, a pair of vintage-looking sunglasses and some black comfy shoes. Fashion aside, it seems her svelte figure was all that fans could gush about. And, we don’t blame them, because this incredibly toned bombshell has some seriously killer abs!
“You’re one hot momma 👌🏻😊,” one fan wrote in the comments section of the photo.
“Wow! What are your workout secrets?” another fan inquired.
A third person commented, “Never had a baby and still don’t look half as good … #AllTheGoals.”
Of course, Hannah’s country star hubby is just as healthy and good-looking as his wife is, but it appears as though he’s trying to get in even better shape too these days. The “Tequila” singer took to his own Instagram page on Feb. 18, with news that he was going to cut a few foods from his daily menu.
“Today is the very first day of my whole 30 days — no drinking, no sugars, no breads, no a lot of things that I really, really love to eat,” he explains in this clip above. “This is going to be extreme for me. I’ve never really done anything like it, but I really wanted to kickstart my body so I can live a healthier lifestyle.”
Amen to that! We’re rooting for you, Shay!
Perhaps all of the healthy eating will do Shay some good, as he will need plenty of energy when he goes on tour. Later this year, he and bandmate Dan Smyers will hit the road as an opening act on Rascal Flatts’ “Back to Us Tour.”
