Love is a funny thing. It brings together people from miles away, often with different looks and backgrounds, and creates an electricity that can ultimately lead to a lifetime of milestones.

And right now, there is no one more in love than rising country stars Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd, who will tie the knot this coming Saturday, March 24,

Fans learned much about Maren and Ryan’s budding love story in the music video for Ryan’s 2017 song, “Love in a Bar,” where their fairy tale was told in a collection of breathtaking footage of the couple.

“This video means so much to me because this song is the story of how Maren and I met and fell in love,” said Ryan in a 2017 press release. “Returning back to my family’s lake house where Maren and I got engaged was really special. It’s cool to have such a special place, special person and special song all come together in one spot. While the song is our story about falling in love in a bar, I love that we got to make a music video about what happened after that, and hope that people can see their own love stories in these moments.”

Fast forward a few months, and these two are now making their final preparations to take their much awaited walk down the aisle, an event that both of them can’t seem to hold back their excitement about.

“Writing vows, feeling sentimental AF and dreaming of this guy being my freaking husband in a few days,” wrote Maren on her Instagram page March 21.

“Wedding week,” Ryan wrote on March 20 on his own socials. “First day of spring.”

The wedding is just one of the many exciting things happening in the life and career of Maren, who scored her first No. 1 song with “I Could Use a Love Song.” She is now following it up with the new single, “Rich.” Both are from her 2016 album, “Hero.”

“‘Rich’ feels like the perfect, confident, laugh-the-B.S.-off-with-your-friends kind of song to go into spring with,” says Maren in a recent press release. “More importantly, ‘Rich’ is the first time we’ve really let fans pick the single, so it was a no brainer to make it my final single from ‘Hero.’”

Heck, she’s already found her hero.

Congratulations you two!
