It turns out that several of the sassy singer-songwriter?s fans are going through their own issues with PCOS, and they suggested remedies from keto/paleo diets and supplements to essential oils and massage.

But mostly they offered Kacey a heap of support and an awareness that she isn?t alone in dealing with the condition. They also commiserated when she admitted that, while she doesn?t eat a lot of dairy and gluten, she could cut back on her alcohol consumption ?But, like ? boo,? she wrote.

Polycystic Ovarian (or Ovary) Syndrome is a hormonal issue that causes the ovaries to enlarge with cyst growth. Symptoms can include infertility, insulin resistance, hair loss and depression. There is no known cure, but, as Kacey?s friends and fans suggested, there are many ways to cope with the symptoms and discomfort.

We?re sending Kacey lots of positive energy, love and light, and applaud both her and her fans for their openness in discussing this condition. Their suggestions could help others who struggle with PCOS.
