Whether it stems from hate, jealousy or general negativity, one thing is certain, haters are going to hate. It’s almost as if they can’t help themselves. With the safety of their computer screens to give them anonymity, they have the courage to throw shade on celebrities they’ve never even met. It’s a lot to deal with, but it looks like NASCAR’s Samantha Busch has got it under control.
The gorgeous wife of driver Kyle Busch often shares photos of herself that showcase her slender figure and, inevitably, there are those who feel the need to share their negative comments. But in a new post on Instagram, the petite beauty is shutting them down.
Next to an amazing picture that shows her lithe and well-toned body standing surf side in a pretty, two-piece swimsuit, Samantha very cleverly writes, “Mermaids don’t lose sleep over the opinions of shrimp.”
She then goes on to say, “This is something we should all remember. As I scroll [through] comments on my pages and other people’s, the amount of negative and mean people out there is disgusting. But you know what, if you believe in something, have a dream or just have a difference in opinion, then OWN it! To all the girls out there worrying about someone else’s opinion of them — screw it. They don’t matter! You do you babe 😘”
Mermaids don’t lose sleep over the opinions of shrimp. 🧜♀️ This is something we should all remember. As I scroll thru comments on my pages and other people’s the amount of negative and mean people out there is disgusting. But you know what, if you believe in something, have a dream or just have a difference in opinion, then OWN it! And to that, we quote Montgomery Gentry and say, “Hell Yeah.”
Now, we aren’t lifelong friends with Samantha or anything like that, so we aren’t sure if she has been slender her entire life, but we do know from reading her blog that she is very focused on her family and living a happy, healthy and active lifestyle. Heck, keeping up with her fast-tracking hubs and her soon-to-be three-year-old son, Brexton, would almost require her to be in tip-top shape. And it sure looks like she is.
The Busch family is now getting ready to kick off the 2018 season of racing after a pretty impressive 2017, where Kyle finished second in the standings. The first race of the season is in just a couple of short weeks in Daytona, and Kyle will be slipping behind the wheel of that No. 18 Toyota for Joe Gibbs Racing.
Could he take the championship this year? Maybe! Or maybe Martin Truex Jr. could repeat last season’s championship. We’re just wishing all of the drivers a safe and speedy race season, and best of luck to the teams that make them go, too!
And Samantha? You go, girl!
