Noelle Maracle is only 16 years old, but she already knows what it means to be both a dog mom and an up-and-coming star.
The young singer and songwriter lives in Ontario, Canada with her family, and her talent and passion are attracting worldwide attention.
She’s been singing for years, and her popular YouTube channel features her powerful voice set to the tune of chart-topping covers.
Noelle recently took to the studio to cover the Rihanna single, “Love on the Brain.” While her impressively amazing vocals dominate the video, she took the opportunity to introduce the world to her biggest fan – Lily.
Lily is a Maltese/Yorkie mix who Noelle and her family rescued from the SPCA. Noelle says the one-year-old pup is quiet and cuddly, and she seemed content to sit with Noelle while she belted out the lyrics to what is turning into one of her most popular cover performances.
Noelle’s mother, Linda Maracle, told Wide Open Pets:
“Lily is such a great dog! She is our first dog since we have two people in the household who are allergic to dogs. She is hypo-allergenic and we are fine with her! She is such a blessing to our home and now we can’t imagine being without her!”
While Noelle is busy performing, she makes it a point to reserve time for her precious pup. Lily often accompanies the young singer on car rides, and if she isn’t sitting directly in Noelle’s lap, she’s always somewhere nearby.
Noelle’s family says Lily is smart and easy to train, and her favorite snack is whatever kind of fruit or vegetable they’re chopping up at the cutting board. They say she’s “completely spoiled,” but it’s hard not to give in to those big loving eyes.
Noelle is currently working on her first extended play record, and her YouTube channel features new covers every week. Follow her on Facebook and Instagram to keep up with her rise to fame and hopefully catch a few more snippets of her life with Lily.
